Things to Note:
U-pick is an outdoor activity we recommend closed-toe shoes, and to bring water and sunscreen.
Good Fruit Farm is a working cut flower farm. When you purchase a ticket you acknowledge that you are visiting an agritourism activity on a working farm.
What We'll Do:
First, we will welcome you to our flower farm and take a walk to see what is in bloom.
Next, you will get clippers and a bucket to choose the blooms you would like to arrange. We recommend getting some flowers of different textures and sizes. The idea is to choose focal flowers, and filler flowers.
Then, we will learn about processing flowers. That includes stripping off leaves, and cutting to the preferred length.
We will go over some design principles, and then you will be free to arrange your flowers!
Take home your arrangement in a ceramic vase. Show off your new skill at home or at work!
