Join us for a floral design competition in Charleston, South Carolina. Choose from a delightful array of locally grown flowers, and show off your design skills. Take home your own creation and a lovely ceramic vessel.

Bloom Battle Tickets - Non-Professional Category

This is for anyone who arranges flowers for a hobby, or for free for friends. If you are a florist or have a floral design business, you can email Sarah at goodfruitfarmllc@gmail.com to sign up in the professional category.

Where : Hosted at The Waverly located at

94 Stuart St, Charleston, SC 29403.

  • Fresh flowers & ingredients grown in South Carolina
  • Bouquet making supplies
  • Ceramic Vessel
  • Prizes for winners

Who: This ticket is for amateur floral designers, anyone who likes to arrange flowers as a hobby. 

How Much: To compete in Bloom Battle there is a fee of $50.

Attendance is free for anyone who would like to watch the competition.

Things to Note:

Bloom Battle is a design competition that will use only locally grown ingredients from farms in the Charleston area. This competition will create a fun and unique opportunity for floral enthusiasts to meet their farmers. 

For a fun challenge the competition with incorporate mystery ingredients from local farms. The vessel will be the same for everyone, and there will be a time limit to finish the design during the event. There will be a popular vote, and a panel of local celebrity judges.

Where we'll be:

The competition will be hosted in downtown Charleston at the Waverly, a lovely event venue.

Good Fruit Farm owner, Sarah Winecoff, is the organizer of this event. We will have farmers from across the Lowcountry.

We will also feature a lovely new business that has just launched in Charleston, That's Amore. Bella, the vintage ice cream van, will be on display out front of the Waverly.
