Floral Arranging Class in Charleston, South Carolina
Join us on our flower farm on Johns Island, SC for a unique floral arranging workshop. Farmer & Artist, Sarah, will lead the class using her skills gleaned from years of painting. Color theory & design are important in creating a beautiful arrangement
Our Classes
Where: Good Fruit Farm located at 3959 River Rd. or at your location for a private event
Who: Beginners to experienced arrangers are welcome. We suggest ages 10+
When: Spring & Summer 2026. More dates listed
Our floral arranging workshops include:
- Instruction on floral design basics
- Choosing your flowers
- A beautiful ceramic or glass vessel
- Hands on workshop where you create an arrangement
Overview of the Workshop: Plan for 2 hours
30+ minutes of instruction - Overview of color theory and floral design, floral mechanics, elements of a bouquet
15-20 minutes of picking your flowers--if on farm potentially picking from our field
5-10 minutes of instruction on processing flowers - stripping, cutting stems, & choosing the correct length for the vase
30-50 minutes of design time

This workshop works great for girls trips, birthday celebrations, and corporate retreats. Its a relaxing way to get creative and learn a new skill.
